Earning VP of Safety & Process Improvement for a 300+ driver fleet, she has investigated over 2000 accidents, hired more than 5000 drivers, and successfully passed 4 DOT audits with Satisfactory ratings. With over 30 years of experience, Mitzi has developed a comprehensive approach to reduce claims costs and injuries with effective training programs, customized measuring tools & reports, technology, and driver feedback.
